Peaw! Finally finish with the next character, Russia! (Ivan Barginski)

I can’t believe how much longer time I spend on Ivan compare to Arthur ><. But it’s kindda obvious actually. Also considering I’m a very slow painter . This is good practice.

My sis says that he needs to look darker. Lol But I can’t help it, His hair and uniform’s color are so light. So much contras to his inner self lol!
